PHOTO REPORT FOR REPAIRERS

As of this new version, repairers will have available a new report from the Reports page: Photo-Report.

Repairers will be able to download a PDF report including all the images attached to the job (1 image per page)

REQUEST ENGINEER ASSISTANCE WORKFLOW

Now Repairers will have the ability to request Engineer Assistance (EA) while they are sending the estimate to the Insurer for review.

After clicking on Send, the system will pop-up a new window including a summary of what the Repairer is sending (estimate/attachments):

There is also a box that Repairers can tick to request EA if needed:

Repairers can also enter notes related to the request.

Important note: this option should not be used if the repairer doesn´t have specific queries about the repair.

ABILITY TO ASSIGN A CLAIM TO A REPAIRER USER

New Assign To drop down from the claims page to assign claims to individual users within a Repairer.

This new field is visible from the list of estimates, as well as one of the filter options to filter the lists and/or to create custom folders:

Important note: the fact of assigning a claim to a particular user, doesn´t restrict visibility of the claim to the rest of the users of the Repairer.
