GT Motive for Insurers

NEWS: Two Repairers Choice Award Winners Collaborate to Improve Repairer Efficiencies

GT Motive and Autoflow have collaborated to provide users with ground-breaking bi-directional integration that will revolutionise the estimating process for repairers.

User of GT Motive’s estimating platform GT Global and body shop management system Autoflow, will now benefit from automatic price updates that can be shared across both systems instantly.

The two systems will work in harmony to provide a more efficient process that can save repairers the monotonous task of rekeying into two different systems following changes in part prices. GT Global and Autoflow will integrate to seamlessly share these price updates across both the estimating system and the body shop management system creating less room for error and more efficiency.

David Vella, executive director of GT Motive – UK & Ireland said: “We are acting in the best interest of our repair customers, to provide them with features that have never before been possible, that can really add value and productivity to their claims processes.  Just like us, Autoflow pride themselves on the flexibility of their system, and combined with our platform it will create the ultimate efficient online claims portal for repairers.  This integration will give our users the ability to improve their workflows as the platform can work directly within AutoFlow’s body shop management system to offer a richer user experience.”

He continues, “This partnership can empower our repairers to unify standards and address laborious processes that have been affecting their operations for many years. It will allow the whole network to access the same system, to present our customers with consistent and accurate prices.”

GT Motive were awarded the ‘The Repairer’s Choice for Best Estimating System’ in 2021 and 2022, for their estimating platform GT Global.

Autoflow also won ‘The Repairer’s choice for Best Bodyshop Management System’ for the 4th time in a row in 2022.

Sam Goffin, General Manager for Autoflow said:

“This integration is an exciting and important next step on our journey of advanced connectivity for our repairers, helping them remove the need for duplicated admin processes, vastly improving efficiency and accuracy, whilst removing effort and cost. The AutoFlow platform of services combined with GT Motive’s open and flexible estimating solution not only allows part prices to pass effortlessly through both systems, but also allows the sharing of images and details directly between the platforms to present repairers with a real time view of the job in hand.”

This collaboration will ensure users across both platforms can work efficiently with new technologies to ensure the claims process is simplified and collaborative.
